The exhibitor’s days are on June 14th  & 15th from 8am  to 3pm, provided is 1 standard table & 2 chairs

Important Conference Booklet Specs & Information

All ad specs are to be a Standard 8 ½ x 11 (which will be reduced to 8 x 10) for full pages and reduced 5.45 x 8.5, for half pages. There is a minimum of 300 dpi (resolution), or higher for all pictures placed in your ads. Please do not use website, low scanned or low-quality jpeg pictures, as they may print grainy or blurry in your ad (we will not be responsible if this occurs). When making your final submissions all files must be sent in PDF formatClosing date and payments received for all ads are May 13, 2019. Deadlines will be strictly enforced. You can order online and pay by credit card, or please make checks or money orders payable to: The Purple Project 16781 Chagrin Blvd. Suite 129, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44120.  All Checks must be received on or before May 15th, 2019.

 

Please Note: There is a $50 return check fee for all returned checks and a $75.00 fee for credit card/debit card charge backs plus the amount of the Exhibitor's fee.  The check and credit/debit card responsible party will be liable for the fee and any other related fees and/or expenses that may occur as a direct result of your non-sufficient check or failed credit/debit card payment.
