Charlene Bolden


Charlene Bolden is a foster care alumnus who entered the system in her early teenage years in Florida and eventually transitioned to Maryland. As a teenager and into adulthood, Charlene was forced to navigate the uncharted territory of
becoming an independent adult with little guidance. Nevertheless, she decided to be a beacon of hope to all around her and encouraged their dreams. Charlene led by example through continuing her path to success through obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations through Prince George’s Community College and Southern New Hampshire University; She went on to receive her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University as well. To answer the call of uplifting others, she attended The Coach Training Academy and completed an International Coach Federation and Certified Coaches Alliance program. Charlene is relentlessly focused on delivering tools and strategies that foster youth and alumni can use right now to improve their skill sets and business knowledge. Her personal exposure to the foster care system fuels a lifelong ambition to share her success with others while instilling faith, support, and hope. Charlene has extended her coaching reach through the book Moments of Surrender: Revealing The Missing Pieces.
